COVID-19 Office UpdatesInfection Control has always been a top priority for our practice and an integral part of everyday life at Arrowhead Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. This was in place prior to Covid-19 and has only been amplified since the pandemic occurred. Our infection control processes have always been in place so that when patients receive care, they can feel assured that the environment is a safe one. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association( ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control( CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration( OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies closely so that we are up-to-date on any new guidance/rulings that may be issued. Some of the following recommendation have been suggested and are now in place. For example: Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some basic screening questions. Those same questions will again be asked the day of your appointment. On arrival to the office we have implemented a strategy which allows for patients to call our office (on arrival- from your vehicle). This has proven very effective in being able to manage the number of patients in the office at any one time as we can then efficiently guide you through your visit.
We look forward to seeing you for your appointment. We take pride in what we do and how we do it. We value your trust and loyalty. We encourage you to call us at 623-412-0310 or email us at arrowheadoralsurgery@gmail.com and allow us to prepare you for your visit. |
