Graciela

Graciela moved to Arizona and has been working at Arrowhead Oral Surgery since February 2004. She obtained her Associates Degree in dental assisting in 1981. Prior to working with Dr. Allard, Graciela worked in general dentistry both as an assistant and as an administrative assistant. Her background gives her full understanding of all aspects of insurance, treatment planning and scheduling. Graciela speaks fluent Spanish and is CPR certified.

Maribel

Maribel has been working in oral surgery since 1989 after graduating from Phoenix College as a Certified Dental Assistant. She has been at Arrowhead Oral Surgery since January of 2004. Maribel's entire career has been in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. She speaks Spanish fluently. She is CPR certified, certified in dental radiology, has completed the Anesthesia Assistants training program offered by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and has completed the Sim-Man course offered by the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology. Maribel participates in continuing education courses on a regular basis.

Cheryl

Cheryl joined Arrowhead Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2021. Having moved to Arizona in 2004 from the East Coast, Cheryl has been in the field of Dentistry for the past 15 years. For over a decade, Cheryl was the liaison between our surgical practice and the specialty Prosthodontic office we worked closely with in full mouth rehabilitation. Cheryl's experience as an administrative assistant allows her to often times be the first point of contact for both long-term patients, as well as new patients to the Arrowhead Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery team. Cheryl's venture into the surgical realm of patient care has brought a unique perspective to how we comprehensively approach patient care.

Lori

Lori joined Arrowhead Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in early 2022 after having moved to Arizona from Michigan the same year. Lori has extensive experience in Dentistry and is excited about the challenge of branching out in the specialty of Oral Surgery. She graduated (with Honors) in 1997. She is CPR certified.

Yens

Yens joined Arrowhead Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the beginning of 2025. He has worked in the surgery field for a few years prior to joining us. But wished for a more patient centered experience such as what AOMS offers. Yens, is fluent in both English/ Spanish and CPR certified.
